Here's how RestorHQ keeps company data separate and private, in plain terms.
How your data is protected
These are facts about how the app is built today.
Separated at the database
Every table is row-level secured to your company. Even if someone found a link, the database refuses to return another company's data.
US-based hosting
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database in the US, and the app is served over HTTPS with HSTS.
Backups
Daily encrypted backups of the database.
Role-based access
Nine roles, from Owner and Admin to Tech and read-only Viewer. Only owners and admins can change labor rates, and permission switches control what each screen shows.
Controlled sharing
Customers see their job through a private portal link. Dry log share links expire.
Team access
Everyone signs in with their own account. The owner controls who joins, and invites can be revoked at any time.

- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. If you cancel, we export your data as CSV and PDF at no charge. Timesheets, equipment, and materials can also be exported to Excel at any time.
